Our consulting team offers you a unique blend of skills, knowledge, and experience:

Dr. Vernon Belos, LLM, CHRP, CMC, is a partner and Sr. Consultant in The T-R Group Inc. He is an experienced speaker, facilitator, and organization development specialist. He is also a Certified Management Consultant.

Vern holds a doctorate in learning and organization development, a Masters degree in human resources, and a masters in Law (LLM) from Osgoode Hall Law School. He received his executive coaching postgraduate training from Royal Roads University. As a Certified Human Resources Professional, his focus is on management and leadership development, conflict and mediation, performance management, and executive assessment.

Colleen Carruthers, BA (AdEd), CSTD, PCC is a partner in The T-R Group Inc. She is an accomplished facilitator, instructional designer, and a seasoned executive and business coach. During a twenty-year career in performance consulting, she has designed and delivered interventions with management teams, organizational change initiatives, team development programs, and individualized employee development. She has extensive experience in managerial coaching and development.

Colleen combines her work experience with formal education in staff training and development, marketing, and human resources. Colleen is a qualified Myers Briggs and EQ-i consultant. Colleen is also a practising psychotherapist and a Professional Certified Coach credentialed through the International Coach Federation.

Nancy Levasseur, MA is a learning consultant and coach who have been helping adults polish their business skills since 1984. Nancy has been an associate of The T-R Group Inc. for ten years.

Nancy has a strong background in training and human resource development. She formerly worked for Hertz Canada where she held a variety of positions including Operations Manager, National Training Manager and Director of Customer Service. Since then, Nancy has designed and delivered hundreds of workshops in writing, presenting, selling, interpersonal, customer service, training and mentoring skills. She is an accomplished writer and conference speaker.

Rhonda Smith, BComm, LLB, LLM (ADR) is a gifted speaker, trainer and consultant. She brings her legal background to all of her endeavours and is known for her ability to make human resources management and workplace conflict resolution "make sense". She had been an associate of The T-R Group Inc. for three years.

Rhonda has both business and law degrees, and holds a Master of Laws in Alternate Dispute Resolution. As a practicing lawyer she specialized in labour, employment and criminal law. She spent a number of years representing management in labour and employment disputes. Rhonda's passion is promoting organizational excellence through good people management.

Bill Templeman, M.A. Bills broad experience in helping organizations includes working as an internal management development consultant at a major financial institution; designing and facilitating seminars on change management, team effectiveness and facilitation skills for public & private sector clients, coaching in both these sectors, and co-authoring a curriculum that won awards from the American Society of Training and Development.  His extensive background serves him well as a coach, where Bill supports clients who want both to shift ineffective patterns of behavior and to understand the context within which their results are delivered. His team mobilization workshops have been received with equal success at both front-line and management levels.  These highly physical workshops include experiential team activities and simulations that draw upon individual and team resourcefulness.  Bill has designed and written training programs for a wide range of corporate clients; his writing has appeared in journals, newspapers and national magazines across Canada.
